Dr. Colleen S. Roarty, MVB. USDA Level II Accreditation, Fear-Free Certified, BLS/ALS CPR Certified

Colleen is a Senior Veterinarian here at Small Door Veterinary. A native of Central New Jersey, Colleen graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a BS in Animal Science. After college, she crossed the Atlantic to attend University College Dublin, Ireland, to pursue her Veterinary degree, which she completed in 2019. Colleen developed a passion for animals and travel at a young age. So far she has worked with veterinarians in Ireland, Guatemala, India, and South
Africa.
After returning to the U.S. in 2019, Colleen returned to her home state of New Jersey and began her small animal veterinary career in the areas of general practice, urgent care and emergency medicine. Outside of work, Colleen continues to enjoy traveling, reading and going to the Jersey Shore. Colleen is very excited to learn all about her new home state of Virginia and to participate in all the advantages of working in Washington, D.C.
