Dr. Farrell Campbell, DMV

Dr. Farrell Campbell is a dedicated veterinarian with a diverse background in small animal medicine. A New England native, she began her academic journey at the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She continued her education at Cornell University, where she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

Following graduation, Farrell pursued advanced clinical training through a year-long rotating small animal internship at California Veterinary Specialists in Carlsbad, California. During this intensive training period, she managed a variety of critical emergency cases and honed her soft tissue surgery skills, establishing a strong foundation for her future practice. Her career has since taken her across the country, with veterinary experience in Vermont and Washington before returning to her New England roots in Massachusetts.

Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and nurturing the unique bond between clients and their animal companions. Farrell is known for her commitment to individualized, practical veterinary care—tailoring treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient and their family.

Outside the clinic, Farrell enjoys knitting, exploring the culinary scene in the greater Boston area, and taking long walks with her beloved dog, Sohla.
