Dr. Garrett Schuilenberg (he/him), DVM

Dr. Garrett Schuilenberg originally hails from a small town in Canada, and has spent much of his career as a small animal veterinarian in Toronto. He earned his Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from McMaster University before completing his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the Ontario Veterinary College. Dr. Garrett has built a diverse career in companion animal medicine, with experience spanning general practice, telemedicine, veterinary consulting, and clinic leadership and mentorship. Dr. Garrett thoroughly enjoys being a “jack of all trades”, with particular interests in surgery and dentistry, anesthesia, and preventive care. He believes in a thoughtful, collaborative approach to veterinary medicine - one that values trust, clear communication, and partnership with pet parents to help them make informed decisions for their pets.

Outside of the office, Dr. Garrett enjoys traveling, attending live music events, learning new languages, and spending time with his friends, family, and his cat, Hugo.
